- If your order includes multiple items , you may receive multiple packages .
- If you have provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible and a refund will not be possible.
- If the package is ever returned to us or you have not collected your package directly from your post office within the regulatory deadlines, you will then have to contact us to resend your package.
