Processing and delivery times

Order cut-off time: 2 PM (French time zone)

  • Processing and shipping: 2 to 5 business days

  • Delivery of package: 6 to 15 business days depending on your location

These times are indicative and may vary during periods of high activity or in case of unforeseen logistical events.

A. Shipping costs

Delivery is free for all orders.

B. Delivery zones

We currently ship worldwide, including:

  • Metropolitan France

  • French Overseas Departments and Territories

  • Europe

  • North America

  • South America

  • Africa

  • Asia

  • Oceania

Some destinations may be subject to additional delays or customs formalities depending on the delivery country.

Please contact us for any request concerning delivery to your destination.

C. Carrier

Depending on your location, delivery is handled by La Poste or a local partner carrier.

D. Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking usually becomes active within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

E. Order modification or cancellation

Any modification or cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the package has been shipped, no modifications are possible.

F. Damaged package or delivery problem

If your package arrives damaged or has a problem, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with supporting photos.

We will offer you a suitable solution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).

Product origin

Some products are shipped from our logistics partners located in China, which may influence delivery times.
