Prepare a perfect matcha with our matcha whisk also called chasen: the essential accessory for a creamy texture and an authentic Japanese experience.

This chasen comes in two models: one with 80 rods and one with 100. The 80 rod model is ideal for a thicker matcha, while the 100 rod model is perfect for a lighter, smoother matcha.
- Directions for use: Before first use, dip the matcha whisk in hot water for a few moments to release and soften its central branches. It is advisable to dip it in hot water for a few seconds before each use to improve its elasticity and extend its lifespan.

If you have any size problem or any other inconvenience with the product, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Good to Know:
- If your order includes multiple items , you may receive multiple packages .
- If you have provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible and a refund will not be possible.
- If the package is ever returned to us or you have not collected your package directly from your post office within the regulatory deadlines, you will then have to contact us to resend your package. Depending on the conditions required by our delivery partner, we may charge you the delivery costs of €10.00 for a second shipment.

- €4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
- The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.
