This chasen is available in two models: one with 80 stems and one with 100. The 80 stem model is ideal for a thicker matcha, while the 100 stem model is perfect for a lighter, smoother matcha.
- Directions for use: Before first use, immerse the matcha whisk in hot water for a few moments to loosen and soften its central branches. It is recommended to immerse it in hot water for a few seconds before each use to improve its elasticity and extend its lifespan.
