This Sencha Tea is primarily produced in Uji and Kyushu (regions renowned for their excellent teas) and is based on a meticulous tradition.

It is made from young tea shoots, grown under shade nets to enrich their flavor. Only the tender leaves from the first harvest are hand-picked. After harvesting, they are quickly steamed to preserve their color and nutrients, then dried, sorted, and cut into fine strips to obtain a light and uniform tea.
