€4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.

Our packages are delivered to your delivery address by your local Post Office .
