• We deliver throughout Europe and to the French overseas territories. But also to other parts of the world depending on availability.

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. For more information, see our return policy .

If you have any size problem or any other inconvenience with the product, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Good to Know:

• If your order includes multiple items , you may receive multiple packages .
• If you have provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible and a refund will not be possible.
• If the package is ever returned to us or you have not collected your package directly from your post office within the regulatory deadlines, you will then have to contact us to resend your package. Depending on the conditions required by our delivery partner, we may charge you the delivery costs of €10.00 for a second shipment.

• Secure home delivery with tracking FREE for all your orders, throughout mainland France and Europe.

• €4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

• The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.

• PS: Please note that some products are very popular and yet require more time to be delivered.

• All our packages have a tracking number (except exceptions)

• Our packages are delivered to your delivery address by your local Post Office .
