This Organic Superior Sencha Tea is produced mainly in Uji and Kyushu (regions renowned for the excellence of their teas) and is based on a meticulous tradition.

It is made from young tea shoots, grown under shade nets to enrich their flavor. Only the tender leaves of the first harvest are hand-picked. After harvesting, they are quickly steamed to preserve their color and nutrients, then dried, sorted, and cut into thin strips to obtain a light and uniform tea.
