We offer international delivery, all over the world. No matter your location, you can order from Tenko.fr and receive your package at home.

Q: What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. As an indication:

  • Europe: generally between 7 to 15 working days

  • Rest of the world: 8 to 20 working days, depending on local carriers and customs.

Q: Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes. As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking link is sent by email. You can track its progress at any time.

Q: What should I do if I haven't heard about my package?

Q: Are prices displayed with VAT included?
Yes, the prices displayed on the website include VAT for French individual customers.

Q: I am a B2B customer based in Belgium, how is VAT handled?
In the case of an intra-community B2B order (EU), VAT is reverse-charged. The invoice will state:

"VAT reverse-charged in accordance with Article 283-2 of the CGI"
