• If your order includes multiple items , you may receive multiple packages .
• If you have provided an incorrect address, we are not responsible and a refund will not be possible.
• If the package is ever returned to us or you have not collected your package directly from your post office within the regulatory deadlines, you will then have to contact us to resend your package. Depending on the conditions required by our delivery partner, we may charge you the delivery costs of €10.00 for a second shipment.

• Secure home delivery with tracking FREE for all your orders, throughout mainland France and Europe.

• €4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

• The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.
