Depending on the conditions required by our delivery partner, we may charge you the delivery costs of €10.00 for a second shipment.

- Secure home delivery with tracking FREE for all your orders, throughout mainland France and Europe.
- €4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
- The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.
