These teas are produced in the Shizuoka region, at the foot of Mount Fuji, one of the most prized areas for tea cultivation in Japan, representing approximately 40% of national production.

Thanks to a temperate climate and fertile volcanic soils, Shizuoka produces teas with refined and intense aromas. Traditional cultivation methods, including rapid steaming, preserve the freshness and benefits of the leaves, thus ensuring exceptional quality and unique flavors.

Instructions for a perfect cup of tea

To prepare these teas, steep Sencha teas at 70°C for 1 minute, and the other varieties (toasted sesame, Genmaicha) at 90°C for 1 to 2 minutes.
