This Organic Genmaïcha Tea is produced mainly in Uji and Kyushu (regions renowned for the excellence of their teas) and is based on a meticulous tradition.

Organic Genmaïcha Tea is made by combining sencha, a quality green tea, with puffed rice grains, creating a delicately perfumed infusion. The young tea shoots are grown in the shade to intensify their flavor, then the most tender leaves are hand-picked during the first harvest. After harvest, the tea leaves are steamed to preserve their color and nutrients, before being dried and sorted. Finally, they are mixed with puffed rice grains

Tips for using the perfect tea

To prepare Organic Genmaïcha Tea, heat the water to 80°C, infuse for 3 minutes with 5 g of tea for 25 cl of water.
