- If the package is ever returned to us or you have not collected your package directly from your post office within the regulatory deadlines, you will then have to contact us to resend your package. - €4.95 additional charge for the theft/breakage option during the journey to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
- The complete processing of your order between preparation, shipping and delivery takes between 6 and 12 working days*. The Tenko team does everything possible to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible.
