Returns & Exchanges
For returns:
All purchased items may be returned, their refund will be subject to the appreciation and approval of management, taking into account the following conditions:
- Return requests are only accepted within the first 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, they must also be delivered with all their parts and tags.
- Damaged/defective/incorrect products may be exchanged.
- You can cancel your orders before they are shipped. Management reserves the right to refuse any cancellations made after 12 hours of the initial purchase, and/or after the items have been shipped.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery costs, if any (€4.95), are not refunded.
- Management reserves the right to refuse any return/refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.
- The company will not be responsible for any errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to returning the product before receiving a refund.
Any change of address is subject to management approval and shipped/completed orders are strictly non-changeable.
If all these conditions have been met then you will simply have to contact us so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
For refunds
Once you have returned the product to us, we will issue the refund once we have received your package.
Refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on the payment system you selected when making your purchase.
